Our approach is to use a small team of suitably qualified Associates, aligned to principle sectors of the economy, who look to use a range of partners, be it technology partner (breatheHR) to reduce cost, coaching partners to build leadership capability, legal services to protect our clients interests and our payroll provider (PayescapeNI) to process best value and service.
We will expect all our Associates to have a minimum of 10 years appropriate experience for their specialism.
For SME's we are flexible enough to offer a single point of contact, and an appropriate approach to manage overhead costs.
For large entites in the private sector, we can spin up a dedicated team that will comprise of suitably qualified and experienced CIPD and ICF accredited consultants.
For the Public sector we align specialists with significant public and private sector experience, and the appropriate qualifications- this may involve partnering with organisations outside of Northern Ireland depending on the scope and scale of the programme.
For Third Sector we would expect our principals to have senior executive/Board level experience together with private sector experience and know how, and allied with experience in using a range of cloud based technologies to reduce operating costs.
Our team of Associates together have significant local and international HR experience, primarily at senior HR/board level roles in the private and third sector (charity and not for profit), examples include SenseNI, Tesco PLC. (retail, dot com) British Telecom PLC., (Global services and BT business and BT products), TPF, Government funded programmes, Social Enterprises, Education and SME's (market research, retail, leisure, outsourcing/business services, manufacturing, food production/wholesale, catering, financial/accountancy and transport).
