Contracts of employment

Creating a contract of employment shouldn't be taken lightly, because, once written and issued the contract becomes a legally binding document between you and your employee.

From experience it is easier to write a contract of employment than it is to change it. For this reason you should be sagious in how you construct it. We will give you lots of help.

Take your time, particularly when you are completing your first few contracts - our purpose is to help you by educating you to understand the law, employee's rights and your obligations as an employer. The process of constructing a contract is in itself part of that education.

A contract of employment is not just a legally required document, it should reflect the genuine needs of your organisation – today and tomorrow - i.e. it should be a useful document to your business and to this end provide your business withthe flexibility of employment practices needed. It should protect you against predictable (and unpredictable) risks and enabling you to handle employment situations from absence to social media at work usage to driving company vehicles. You won’t get this from any "free" material reguritated from online government/ websites/ services.

With our fully customisable employment contract 'template' you will be able to create a contract suitable for any employee (from hourly paid staff up to senior manager,) in any sector. It can be configured for full time, part time, temporary, casual, fixed term, volunteer and even zero hours employment.

We also offer employment letter templates from offers to amending an employee's contractual terms, withdraw an offer of employment, and to check an employee's eligibility to work in the UK.

You can buy all our documents for single use (with one employee), or you could assign your HR needs to us. On-line, telephone or face to face support services, all come with document access and peace of mind plus access to our custom made iCloud HR software.

We’ve been around for a while, we know what we are doing and we don’t frustrate our clients by insisting on 3 or 5 year contracts. Our customers stay with us because they value our services, not because we force them too, but because they want to.
