Managed Services specifically for Charities


  • HR advice through a dedicated HR Business Partner

  • You have access to a business hours advice line (phone and email), available for you (Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm), so there's someone on the end of the phone.

  • Acknowledgement response times to queries within one business day, 4 hour acknowledgement response time.

  • Complimentary access to our iCloud HR Management software, for smaller Charities (<50 employees).

  • HR Risk Assesment


  • Review of your exisiting Staff Handbook or the provision of a new Handbook containing our employment documentation which communicates the necessary elements of employment terms, expectations and policies. 

  • You will receive via your iCloud HR Management software

    • -commonly used template letters

    • -fully comprehensive, employee friendly contract and handbook template, all ready for you to use.

    • -guidelines- Clear, simply written briefings on employment law and good practice guidlelines, specially designed for line managers.

  • An annual update of employment legislation and the impact it has on your policies for your organisation.

  • We will have regular onsite reviews (as part of our HR Outsourced Managed service).

  • Pre FE Monitoring return or Article 55 readiness check.

  • The option to purchase additional HR support using our HR by hr® service, at reduced rates for Managed Service Clients, that covers on and offsite HR support.

  • Flexibility to change your service as needed.

Our Managed Service Contracts are for a rolling 12 month period. We have included a 3 month notice period should either party wish to terminate the Contract.
